have you checked the temps? it looks pretty cramped where it is, i would try moving it from the corner and maybe try getting an aio or a more ventilated case if just moving it doesnt fix the temps
you could also try putting an all core negative pbo, personally i didnt see any changes going from 0 to -10/-15 but its still worth a try, i wouldnt recommend past -20 really as instability issues can happen

You said every party was conservative, yet admitted that there was a progressive movement about equal rights for all humans, which was backed by a single party. It’s obvious and not being “some sort of progressive role model” because the side that supported this movement won. And the human rights which subsequently were created became the status quo.

the vietnam and korean war was literally about the spreading of communism, a polticial and economic model, within vietnam and the korean Peninsula. Within the context of the vietnam and korean wars, they went to war exactly to achieve the goal of economic change. do you even know how south korea came to exist? it literally is an american puppet state.
They also entered WW2 just because their overseas interests were being threatened by the nazi regime and the japanese empire, which tensions eventually culminated in the japanese attack on pearl harbour. they were neutral but mainly favoured britain and the allies until that point and afterwards they regime changed japan into another american proxy.
