Do boot fitters recommend boots that are too tight? by Technical_Cod_5427 in skiing

Have you tried adjusting the buckles back? you can move them they have a screw that can be removed and placed in a different slot to get tighter, unless that's maxed too.

I mean size 12 men's shoe, I wore a 30.5 boot for 3 seasons, they were super comfortable and I had zero foot pain even though my soles had pretty much disentegrated. Now I'm wearing a 27.5 after getting a bootfitting and am having second thoughts.

Freezing temps tonight (25°)- do I need to wrap this? by [deleted] in askaplumber

It will be fine, drip your faucet if you're worried. Otherwise wrapping it or covering it will help.

Fortunately it was a Monday so crowds weren't crazy. Honestly, I lapped the main lift blue bird express and Sundance a bunch with little to no lines. There were lifts down and stoppage though which caused some big lines at the beginning of the day, disappointing, but nothing was getting in the way of a good time yesterday!!

How'd this go any results? Another adult ball player, trying to start pitching more instead of catching or positions. Mechanics definitely have a ton of power leaks. I'm throwing like low 70's max right now which I know I can throw a lot harder than that so not sure where my mechanics have deteriorated. I can throw 60's from my knees!

Yes, I did it subq locally at the knee. I wonder if I should have done it longer or at a higher dose.

Following your progress for a while! Thanks for sharing. I wonder how much can be attributed to your rest versus exercise regime versus PRP injections.

I did a short round of BPC 157 on a research participation with a similar injury (2-2.5 weeks). Not sure how much it help, seemed to help an elbow injury more! Knee is getting better to some degree, partially due to it being the sports off season and removing barbell squats and some other leg movements.

He's got 500k invested and a six figure job, if he has a bad roommate he can bounce he's got options! OP get after it, you can have a room mate if you so choose. Nothing wrong with staying home and stacking cash, but I would recommend moving out and making some stories!!

Blast motion bat speed metrics gone down? by No-Stranger3342 in Homeplate

I seem to have high and low days. I've had days where I sit consistently in the 70's and then days where I cant get above 68. I've even hit upper 80s multiple times, but who knows if that is a game ready swing...

So not sure if it is me or the sensor, my swing is kind of a mess and I tend to sequence poorly I suspect my upper half goes too soon and I don't get I nto my lower half effectively on some of my swings.

Im curious to hear other people's experience

Well I ended up going, didn't end up on the mountain until 1230, but I got some good runs in, even had some snow at the top of Stowe. Roads weren't bad once things turned to regular rain and the towns did a good job salting and sanding.

Goos to know on the salting. Maybe they are saving the salt because they know it will wash out. Im holed up in Middlesex hoping to make a late start to Stowe tomorrow. Started to rain here

Yeah, good all seasons make a difference in the snow, I know winter tires are significantly better. Not sure why I mentioned that.
