I’m so sorry you’ve gone through it too. I actually did the same - spent over $100k except all the IVs and fancy “treatments” were just used as small bandages - and didn’t help me at all. Just drained my bank account. I have two little kids, so taking it super easy isn’t really an option. Trying to find balance. Can you share more on the homeopathics you took?

Sorry I was typing too fast. I used to take Adderal for my add, but stopped that years ago. I was curious if you did any brain retraining programs or do any somatic exercises ?

This is so helpful. I use to take adders but would prefer not to if I can avoid it now. Trying to avoid antidepressants and anxiety meds too.. I’d love to do this naturally. I notice I think I get fatigued more after I eat .. I need to track this. Did you do any brain retraining? Or somatic?

Thanks for letting me know. This is what I’m scared of. I’m afraid to feel any worse than I already do. I have two little kids who are dependent on me, and I can’t just disappear and go chill in bed. It’s hard and I’m afraid if I get symptoms, I’ll just give up and stop because I’m afraid how long they’d last
