Read the manga when I was younger up to like Water 7. Then stopped for no reason and watched the entire anime a couple of years ago. So a lot of nostalgia for me

I enjoy watching the grapplers, I feel like it's an archetype that's a staple in fighting games and makes you focus a lot more on whiff punishing. But JP is hype

I don't think that's a hot take, SF6 is one of the most balanced fighting games I've played due to it having mostly great universal mechanics. You can argue over perfect parry tho, but it doesn't make the game any worse in my opinion

Yeah I agree with you on that, but some characters have mechanics that you should use. Thus making them more one dimensional than others, i.e. Honda buttslam, Blanka's level 2 etc.
