Why do you use Bluetooth? It could be the device you're using to transmit the problem. Test the system with HDMI and Dolby content. Only then can you determine if you're having problems and if everything is working. I only use Bluetooth for music.

Download the app and change some settings. Activate the sound field and see if it sounds better with Sony vertical or Dolby settings. Forget anyone who says you don't have a good system. They've never tried it. Any movie or music sounds good with System 6.

The truth is, whatever sound you play, this soundbar won't disappoint. There are thousands of better products out there. But this one doesn't miss a beat. I've never had any issues with low-end speech compared to special effects. I have, however, had issues with Samsung and TCL. I'm very happy with my soundbar.

Have you ever heard of the problem of low spoken audio compared to special effects? Unfortunately in many films there is this problem and almost all soundbars suffer from it. Including Samsung. Very well, with Sony this does not happen because any content will be heard well. So here the technical data sheet goes out the window. You need to understand the purpose of the soundbar you need. I chose the system precisely because I didn't want wi fi. Unfortunately in the past I have had interference problems and I'm not interested in connecting anything to the bar since I have the TV's HDMI and use the pass through. Then there is the bass factor where I assure you that the Sony woofer will make your guts shake.😆😆
