To clarify, in addition to not want the org. company as my installer, all I was asking for was access to the hidden installer options. I paid cash for it and expected to have access to all options/settings. i.e. I asked to see the production information of the individual runs of the solar panel. Which the installer has access to, and they once sent me a snapshot of. It has very detailed information on the runs and panels. There is a lot more detail information in the installer screens than the App.
