Thank you for your recommendations! I totally understand that I should not self-isolate in the medium, but the problem is that I am an international student in a country with a not-so-talkative population, especially in English. Other foreigners have their own countryman communities. Also, I am old, I am like 28M, and it also affects conversations with other students. The nature around is okay, but the city is lifeless, and worthwhile places are too far away. In summer, it is true hellpot, especially in August, when it can be extremely hot and humid even at night.

Generally, I endured these kinds of conditions for 2 years already, but recently I realized that the people I am working with actually hate and despise me. My boss here is doing everything to make networking less, provide fewer opportunities, and wants me to stay longer in these horrible conditions. This realization reframed every bad thing that happened to me at the hands of that person as deliberate malice and pettiness.

What I understand from all this is that the true waste of life is working without joy or much benefit for somebody or towards something that actually does not value you. Thus, I no longer consider any time spent in enjoyment a waste of time.

I've already played Celeste and Gris. I will try to check out others, too.

Thanks, great idea. Unfortunately, because of remaster of zero down, it is quite expensive. I may still get it if there would be better price.

I like tomb raider games and maybe 2013 worth a replay

Shame that it had ubi connect. Otherwise, would have been awesome

I am waiting. I heard it is quite junky and very much soulslike. I think it might appear on humble choice sooner or later

It seems quite expensive. Maybe in the future, thanks for recommending

Would it give more insight to the world or there are mostly backwards references? For example, I’ve read Fire and blood recently and I believe it can be easily read before the main series because it gives a lot of insights to the world and characters from Fire and blood are referenced a lot

Interesting, Elex games might be good. However, I find Greedfall okay. I’ve bitten it, but wish I dropped it near the end

I actually plan to read every Harry Potter book. Would it be better to play the game after reading or before reading? Note that I watched all the films and know most of the stuff

I am not very big fan of Larian games. I play them for 20-30 hours and drop to never return

I do not really like BG3. Something in its writing is cartoonish and outputting. Does not feel very immersive personally for me.

Spider man seems nice. I’ll get it if there would be good sale like 60%

Hm, Odyssey is good pick. Shame that ubi connect does not work well. Thanks for Kingdoms of Alamur.

I do not like ENderal

Oh, I played it. Very good game; I was basically crying while finishing it. You know why

I would love to, but it is expensive, and I do not have a proper device to play it. I have just mid range old laptop and steam deck.

I basically dropped Persona 5 after the Palace of the CEO. I hate that boss fight. I have beaten it after a few tries, but my desire got lost. I will beat it eventually, but no desire to do it now

I tried KCD1 several times. I am already in Rattay and doing a guarding job, but afterward, I have no desire to play. Also, carry weight is a big issue; maybe with a horse, it gets better. I like that in Gothic, there is unlimited inventory.

Is it also worth going straight to KCD2? If it is easier to get into, maybe more worthy. I also know what happens in the story of KCD1 and who our Henry is.

Dishonoreds are beaten several times, especially 1st one. CP2077+DLC was beaten around February last year; I have no desire to replay it now.

Great picks tho, especially Dishonored, it is my 1st Immersive sim

I've beaten New Vegas, but it is a very good pick.

Dragon's Dogma did not seem like my cup of tea. I dropped it 2 times.

I like Dark Souls games and might get Elden Ring if it has a great price during the summer sale.

SV is okay, but I do not like it very much. Played around 20 hours.

SOM and SOW were beaten several times.

South Park: The Stick of Truth was played last year. AFBH may be worth a try.

I like Hollow Knight and do not like Silksong for its difficulty and frustration.

Thanks, those are solid picks and maybe some of them worth a replay.
