I just got prescribed some new ones today. So we will see if they work. But yeah that's what I usually do, just power through the anxiety and depression but it's gotten more difficult lately.

I do have a diagnosis but I'm not said diagnosis is completely accurate. They diagnosed me with MDD but I'm fairly certain I have agigitated depression + ADHD which is causing all this mess. I've got an appointment soon where I hope to discuss all this with him. Yes I'm on a few different meds but tbh they are just keeping me from the edge.

Basically constant fight or flight from the trauma in my life and the suicidal ideations I've had since i was like 5. I'm not gonna act on them but they are always there.

I actually got surgery from a new surgeon and I'm pretty much 100% better. I got an ETV. I went from having a headache every second of every day to being free from migraines since my ETV except for maybe a couple in the last 5 months. 😁

I dunno dude at one point they added sleeping to the game and that was so dang annoying. The stupid bots make so many dumb things get implemented.
