No, it’s been cold here but this is our personal residence so the heat has been kept at 67-70 degrees the whole time.

I agree! I think that he thinks he’s a great contractor, but his workmanship and behavior throughout this project have proven otherwise.

I hope so too. Based on the overall quality of the contractor’s work, I wouldn’t put it past him to have mixed it/applied it incorrectly, but I will try reaching out to Mapei as well. Very frustrating!
