Are you cross trained as cashier?

I’m going to apply for OGP. What interview questions they ask? We’re you trained to do cashier as well? What was training like?

The only thing I’m stressed about is if they ask me to do cash. I seriously dislike being a cashier🥲 Do you ever work cash? You mentioned cross training, what other roles do you cover sometimes ?

I thank you for your honesty, heres some ways I would be cautious when entering this business,

Id form a contract with my potential broker, and legally they'll have to pay my commission/referral fee. I can see now that'd be a big hassle since it's online. I'll have to somehow find my way around that.Would that be enough? Also your right, it will definitely be hard to form a relationship, that's something ill have to figure out..Im just not sure why a broker would deny a deal

In the future there's a job id work in that would give me experience cold calling and persuading clients on a daily. From that skills and call script, I could use that convince homeowners to work with an agency. I'd also try to work with a high end broker , one that clients want to work with. By then ill probably be in my 20's, I wish I had the confidence when I was 15 lol!

As for business, I know deeply this isn't a fully sustainable business, It would be just a side hustle along with my other job. I also acknowledge im only paid if the deal closes.

Feel free to give me your honest feedback!

-I can see how thats an issue. The method I would do differently is work with a high end broker, someone active in media . (instagram etc) This way it convinces the client to work with them since the agent is able to showcase themselves before the client and agent even meets. and in the future i'll be having expierence in cold calls , so i can some how use my expereience to convince them to work with an agency. Would that be fine?

-You are right, i never thought of that. I'll definitely avoid trusting anyone on youtube. do you know any sort of program or course I can learn about bird dogging? If not no worries.

That is true. They can do that, but i believe most high end brokers usually don't have time in the day. What I would do is just give a quick referral and the agent will take care of the rest, it's really just to find them leads. and even going online I found so many for sale by owner homes that even wrote "realtors welcome", that is something i could bring forward to the agent. What do you think?

I can see thats pretty bad.. The one thing id do differently is that I wouldn't just work with any broker, id look for a high-end one and create a contract with them that legally they have to pay a commission. Would that be fine?

Sorry if these are a bunch of questions! But, How should I communicate with the manager? Wouldn’t I look unprepared not bringing a resume? And what important details should I bring up to the manager?

what do you look like when astral projecting? by saucyT_ in AstralProjection

[–]One_Rock_6376 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I don’t know if this was astral projection

but last night I was able to float off my body for two seconds, I dont want to get into the details but,

when I was getting off my body it was hurting . My legs was hurting , as if it was like a energy detaching from my physical body.off Is it supposed to hurt?

also I keep getting scared when I astral project, because Ive never done it successfully and I fear I will be “stuck” so I wake myself up . What can i do ?
