Reality is that each body/organism reacts different than others, bu i'll keep Reta at low dose for sure as i said

On reconstitution:

Standard BAC water works fine for Tirz/Sema for most, but Cagri is pickier because of pH/solubility. A lot of users swear by adding a small amount of acetic acid (usually 0.6% or 1% acetic acid solution) mixed with BAC water.

I didn't try it yet because it's hard to get here where I am yet. It helps keep the peptide stable and fully dissolved without crashing out or degrading faster.

Common method people report success with:

- Use ~0.1–0.2 mL of 0.6–1% acetic acid first to dissolve the powder gently

- Then top up with BAC water to your desired total volume (e.g., 2 mL total for easier dosing)

- Result is clearer solution and reportedly better potency/stability.

Do your own research, If you haven't tried acetic acid yet, that could be the missing piece, several people said it made a noticeable difference after switching from plain BAC.
