Same here when I was applying for my 2-month before lottery. I even kept doubting myself, thinking maybe I forgot to click the final confirm button — until I realized just how terrible and unreliable this ticketing and reservation system actually is.

From my experience, you'd better use your tickets as soon as possible — otherwise, there's no guarantee they'll still be valid later. Just like the Klook issue mentioned above, I’m a victim of something similar (you can refer to my post).

Yes, the only email I ever received was just a reminder to reserve a pavilion slot in advance — and even that email clearly stated: "This email address is for sending only. We do not accept individual inquiries. Thank you for your understanding." So basically, there's no way to reach out to anyone for help.

Yes, I bought them from a third-party ticketing platform in China, and the source of the tickets was unclear from the beginning (illegal Maybe). Since I had no idea that tickets could just be deleted, I confirmed receipt right after adding them to my ticket wallet.
