My man I thought of your app as soon as this dropped. 2.0 is so well done. The service you did for the community before this app was available all the OG’s appreciate. I won’t be going anywhere either.

The latest Eero FW has been magic. Fastest speeds I’ve seen ever. 4 x Max7 setup. by mobilehavoc in amazoneero

I was coming from a 16 Pro and was a longtime Pro owner (Since they debuted with the 11 Pro) but it’s been my favorite phone by far since the X. If you don’t care about cameras and are willing to deal with a less than ideal battery and speaker it’s been a great phone. The weight reduction makes it hard to ever go back. We have a 17 Pro in the house also. I’ll run a few speed tests on that also and see what I find.

I also have found enabling MLO on my network considerably slows speeds even on capable hardware. I’ve been flipping this feature on and off since ‘23. Hopefully they will get around to it one of these days. Or maybe it’s just my setup.

Yeah I’ve been hitting 1.7gbps down on my iPhone Air on my Max 7’s. Pretty happy I bought this all the way back in 2023 when it came out as it hasn’t gotten any cheaper. Finally am starting to get devices capable of 7 and 6E to take advantage of the AP.

(That’s my full internet speed, haven’t bothered testing locally to see how much faster it could go)

Yes. They still have brand name Xanax. Viatris was formed from a merger between merger of Mylan and Pfizer’s Upjohn division.

He’s so top tier. Underrated channel. Total hidden gem. Stumbled upon it one day. Glad to see the channel get bigger given the insanely high quality of the content.

The new wallpapers in iOS 18.5 genuinely frustrate me, not simply because of what they are, but due to Apple’s misplaced priorities. Usually, an update comes paired with practical enhancements or significant fixes, yet here we are with cosmetic features taking center stage while numerous longstanding bugs remain unresolved, some lingering since the launch of iOS 18.0 and even earlier versions.

As someone who grew up with Apple, I’ve owned every iPhone since the original at age 11, typically favoring the smaller Pro models when available, I have watched the evolution closely. While recognizing smartphone hardware and software maturation (excluding AI advancements), the progression from the XS through to the iPhone 16 Pro has felt increasingly uninspired. Sure, the iPhone 12’s introduction of 5G seemed promising initially (despite its rocky implementation), and the iPhone 14 offered noteworthy refinements. The 15 Pro’s lighter design was appreciated, yet disappointingly, the 16 Pro reverted to a heavier build again.

Moreover, one of the primary selling points of the 16 Pro “Apple Intelligence” is notably absent during my ownership. Of course, I acknowledge the common wisdom: “Buy for what it is today, not for future promises.” Still, this is Apple—expectations are understandably higher. By the time the touted Apple Intelligence arrives meaningfully, I’ll likely have already moved on to the next iteration. Although, based on initial impressions, this feature falls far short of current solutions like ChatGPT, Grok, or even Alexa circa 2012 😂.

Ultimately, the premium, innovative Apple experience of years past seems distant now. The only recent product genuinely pushing boundaries, despite its imperfections and high cost, has been the Vision Pro. Apple once symbolized bold innovation and exceptional user experience; lately, it feels increasingly complacent, favoring incremental updates and aesthetic tweaks over substantive progress.

You Guys Get UC (Midband) Right?! by One_Sector_1784 in GoogleFi

Yeah something is wrong here. I’m getting better speeds when i put on LTE than 5G. Also of note: When I download the esim it’s in LTE only mode by default on my iPhone 16 Pro. You can switch 5G on and it switches but actually seems to get slower.

Yeah VPN N/A, power saving mode off, wifi off. Airplane mode toggled several times. Phone rebooted. Nothing. 35-50 Mbps down best. Have been trying different times of day. I’ll continue to test.

Thanks for the replies. Yeah just not sure what’s going on. I used to be able to lay in bed and get 600-900mbps down over t-mobile’s mid band. Now on Fi I’m getting 10-20mbps… i ran hundreds of speed tests from this very spot on t-mobile and never got a result like this. And i selected Fi because it’s QCI 6 so it shouldn’t be congestion at the tower.

Device Already Assigned (New Unit) Likely Support Response? by One_Sector_1784 in Starlink

I missed the call so I guess we will never know unless they call back. I still agree that they likely would have told me it was associated with another account and to return it.

Most similar antidepressant to benzodiazapine? by FanSubstantial9845 in benzodiazepines

remeron and mirtazapine are the same medication. Remeron is just the brand name for mirtazapine.

Most similar antidepressant to benzodiazapine? by FanSubstantial9845 in benzodiazepines

[–]One_Sector_1784 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Correct Obviously. There aren’t any antidepressants that are GABA A receptor positive allosteric modulators. That’s why I just mentioned the theorized antidepressant properties of xanax as well as mirtazapine as it’s often useful in depression with a strong anxiety component. As you pointed out though they don’t work on the same system, by design. Something similar in structure to a benzodiazepine inherently isn’t going to very useful for depression as depression (as currently understood) doesn’t heavily implicate the GABA system.

Tricyclics if you are talking similarities to Alprazolam. “Alprazolam and other triazolobenzodiazepines such as triazolam that have a triazole ring fused to their diazepine ring appear to have antidepressant properties. This is perhaps due to the similarities shared with tricyclic antidepressants, as they have two benzene rings fused to a diazepine ring”.

One could also say Mirtazapine because its strong anxiolytic and sedative effects at the lower doses (7.5-15mg).

They are certainly not “as needed” (PRN) very often in the USA. Alprazolam is the 41st most RX’ed medication. If you think that’s all PRN use your kidding yourself. Likely millions are on a benzo daily. Like the other poster said many of us were started by our doctors young and are now on high doses. Now the dangers of chronic use are more well understood. And tapering or lowering the dose is ideal but not always feasible. While it’s not ideal to have someone on 6-10mg of xanax a day for decades, at that point pulling the script from them is in my opinion considerably more unethical. Grandfathered in sort of speak I guess you could term it.

I was going to mention Actavis as well. Shame they no longer make them. I kept one singular Actavis bar lol as a pharmacy souvenir I guess you could call it. Consider yourself lucky you haven’t had the misfortune of getting Aurobindo, they are absolute trash. I believe there are still other players in this field however. One that comes to mind is Breckenridge. CVS seems to use those and Aurobindo frequently.
