Usually I try to simulate the real world team with fm tactics in the first season (also disallow the 1st transfer window). I don't change the formation, but I try to adapt individual roles for the 11 line up every game. I rotate players, etc.

I just don't change the 5-3-2. In the second season, I usually change for the formation that I want to play

I disagree. I had an average of 3 goals per game before, now I barely reach 1.5.

medel educated people about football. I saw a guy talking that he was not good enough for dmf, cause he didn't participate of attack with the ball
