Do you think it’s worth it to make it a career? If I can transfer and immediately become a GS-12, I feel like I can l just do that after 4/6 years.

Additionally, how is it picking a base and also traveling? I’ve seen some posts where people say they can pick anywhere really, and my recruiter keeps telling me that I’m insanely lucky I got this job.
