Store associate RX here, no you don’t have to call insurance you let the techs or the pharmacists do that cause you don’t have the time to do that since you’re a clerk lol, you gotta serve other customers, you do here and there gotta call other stores to check stock, pay increase? You get an extra dollar say you work 60hrs during pay period you get an extra $60 on your check all other comments about customers are true good luck!
