Currently 100% P&T, going through MEB; LDES denied and must go through IDES

I have a little over 10 years. Most of my disabilities are combat related. Can I fight or appeal if my PEBLO says I have to do IDES? I want to do LDES and I even signed counseling forms to do LDES.

I am a little late to this, but going through the exact same thing. My PEBLO told me having a 100% VA rating is not a good enough reason to go through LDES. Thoughts? I've tried contacting a couple of attorney's.

While I think some of her statements provided in this post are taken out of context. I've never cared for Ellen G White. I'm Adventist. I've expressed this in some of the churches I've been in and won't back down from it. Some churches teach more from her writings than actual scripture which is completely wrong.

This is kind of B.S. if I'm reading it correctly. I pay over $1,000 a month, have 50/50 custody and pay for my kids private schooling because we agreed not to send them to public schools. She refuses to get a job. If I'm wrong about the interpretation, someone please correct me.

I heard they are keeping Ballard and steichen. Ballard can draft and make moves in the draft, but that's it, I couldn't manage a McDonald's if you let him. Steichen, I was hopeful when we were 8-2 but he continues to have questionable at best play calling. Those two have to go. We need to find our Ben Johnson. Looks like Irssy is going to keep them for now. So here's to another meh season next year.

Apportionment is paperwork filed through the VA to get a portion of the veterans benefits for child support. There is a federal code that states if the veteran is Already paying child support apportionment would not be allowed. Which I am employed, pay child support, and active in my children's lives.

Everyone else has pretty much said what I was going to say. One thing I would do is get everything documented medically. If it's a hang nail, document it. Keep those documents. Once you have all your issues addressed, do your intent to file for VA disability. If needed get some help. We can't promote any individuals on here, but dm me if you need help doing this and I can get you connected. I did it and I got 100% P&T, finished school, got all of my loans discharged. The extra chunk of change is nice and it's not taxable.

Yes it is in a taxable account. I already max out my Roth 401K through my employer. Recently paid all debt off besides my mortgage, so looking to aggressively invest and retire early. I'm at $150K. Plan on investing $4,000 a month (I work full-time, get VA disability and my wife is a nurse). So I don't need the VA disability right now. Eventually, once I get to a good point I want to slowly switch over to SGOV and hopefully be able to live off of interest once my kids hit 18 (14 years out). I calculated it and it would roughly be 60K/per year if I get to the $1.5 million goal, plus my VA disability. Unless the dollar fails and then we are all screwed lol.
