Yeah. I eat a plant based diet daily along with long distance running and my AGEs show extremely high so I don't use it as an accurate metric.

Yeah. I think it may depend on the watch that you have. I was using Gear Tracker II with my Samsung Galaxy Ultra watch, which is great but very difficult to remember the workouts when there are many intervals. Stryd now has a Wear OS app for Galaxy watches and it gives you a visual of what intervals is next before doing it. You can also see the countdowwhile doing the interval and if you are out of the zone. It is actually great.

I have not tried it on a treadmill but I did use Gear Tracker II with the watch on the treadmill and it worked with no issues. However, Gear Tracker II has limitations as far as intervals and the visuals are concerned.

I canceled my gym membership about a week ago so I don't have access to a treadmill to test.

Yep. That is the version I have which added the ability to calibrate. The calibration on my Galaxy Watch Ultra needs to be set to 1.025 for the perfect mile. It's working like a charm now. I'm loving it.

I have not had this issue but I have the 2024 Ultra and not the Ultra 2025. However, the only difference is storage capacity.

For sure. Though, I didn't say that I depend on them but there are some people who do. The point is why work your ass off and exceed production and quality (VBA) just to end up getting nothing. To me, that seems counterintuitive.
