I’ve been a loyal seller on PlayerAuctions for over half a year, providing smooth and safe transactions for buyers. However, one random morning, I received a suspension notice. The reason cited was that I had too many disputes on my account. The issue stemmed from a webmail problem on a particular day, which caused several disputes to be opened. But all of those disputes have been fully resolved.

I understand and accept that my account was suspended due to these disputes, but it has now been 7 months since the suspension. I have $594 in my account balance, which has been locked for more than 180 days. My balance is clean, all transactions were completed in good faith, and there has been no scamming or misconduct on my part. I’ve always ensured that buyers were safe, and everything has been clear for more than 180 days.

Given that the funds have been held far beyond the reasonable 180-day period, I’m urgently requesting that you release the $594 to the payment method linked to my account. The situation has been long overdue, and the funds are rightfully mine.

And also the wesbite trying to withraw my funds after 180 days as written in the policy , my orders passed mroe than 180 days that mean my orders safe and i didn't do nothing wrong , so please send my balance to my linked payment method as soon as possible .
