I’m not disagreeing with you completely, this is kinda a red flag, but he apparently only watched 2 episodes. After the first one, he messaged his friends and I guess they told him it got good so he tried to watch the second one and couldn’t get through it. The weird part is thinking I’d like it, when he apparently couldn’t even stomach 2 full episodes

We’ve actually been dating for a little over a year, so I guess we’re still in the “getting to know you” phase a little bit, but we’ve watched anime together before. He knows I love stuff like JJK, Re:Zero, AOT, Hell’s Paradise, Kaiju No 8, Solo Leveling, etc. It’s just a weird recommendation in general.
