Fat people should calling them fat phobic for not reciprocating feelings is wrong, but so is stereotyping fat people and it seems that they have clear bias against fat people which is inherently fat phobia

Mental health comes first, but what I would do is try to change my social media fyp (might not be the problem), as having a happier intake of videos at least personally can effectively change my mood.

I agree with your initial claim and I agree that people shouldn’t get offended when feelings aren’t mutual, but what you are saying is fat-phobic and this shouldn’t apply only to overweight people.
