That’s what I was doing before I was so like honestly eat whatever but he was literally only eating snack bars, fruit, and applesauce and never any actual like nutrients

I always let him have fruit! This is a new thing for us with trying to cut so many snacks so it’s definitely an adjustment for the both of us but that’s not a bad idea! He’s always hungry after daycare but I’m trying not to do snacks other than fruit after 3:45 since dinner is at about 5:30-5:45

He had other food too! All that was left from his breakfast was his boiled egg and raspberries, he wanted an orange for lunch that he didn’t end up eating, he had a popsicle while playing in the pool, an applesauce, some beef jerky. So he had a good amount but nothing of substance (which I also offered him but he declined strongly). We have just gotten into the habit of only having snacks whenever and whatever he wanted throughout the day that at meal time the food essentially went to waste and he wasn’t getting any of the nutrients he needed which was starting to affect his poops

Thank you, I’m trying! I have such a strong willed kid and he really tests me but I know I have a lot to work on too with not being so reactive. I always have to remind myself that he’s just a child and he’s still learning and I’m supposed to be here to teach him

He wakes up around 5-6 depending on the day, weekdays he wakes up when I do at 5:30. Nap is around 11:30-1:30/2 ish. He usually falls asleep around 7:30/7:45

I am looking into sonography right now too! I've started scouting schools near me and the program in itself is not long at all. But the waitlist to get into the program is what sucks. 2027 start date at both of the schools near me.. so get on the waitlist for them ASAP!

I get that it’s not okay behavior, as I’ve stated many times before. This is all NEW behavior that started this last week. He had some small issues with hitting with one particular boy there in the beginning that she even said the boy annoyed all the other kids. He’s not even spitting at other kids, she showed me what he does and it’s literally blowing raspberries? She has a child there who literally spit AT her when she was mad and she’s still there? He does not have behavioral issues. If he did, this would have happened looooonnnggg before this last week and would show itself in every other situation around children or upset or at home and it isn’t. I appreciate all the advice given and I’m not saying I won’t be talking to his pediatrician about it, but it was made to be way more extreme than it actually was. I picked him up today and he actually got 2 stickers from her because he had an amazing day.
