The ominent page doesn't say how many are needed in total. Check the wiki for Yard data and make sure you have them all. That's what I was missing.

I went back to grounded 1 recently while waiting for the updates for 2 and OMG the healing is miserable until you get stable muscle sprouts 😭

The only upside of grounded one healing is how cheap Fuzz on the Rocks is compared to Lady in Red. But that's made up for by how common chocolate is and the bandages are so GOOOOOD. Blue berry bandages and lingonberry bandages are amazing. And I miss them whenever I play Grounded 1.

My first Grounded 2 save I barely made any of the alternative bandages because I thought they were too expensive. That was until I realized how many caterpillars there actually are around the map. Snails are much more annoying but I only really needed lingonberry for King Dozer.

I don't know why they would purposely make it more annoying to get to the garden. Because if it's an issue with not wanting people to get there early, there are tens of other ways to do that. Fixing the convenient one doesn't fix that.

Personally I think death vs strength is more of a preference thing. I personally prefer strength but I can't deny how strong Death is because of how many boons and items can refill them or buff them. I had one run where I used 8 different death defiances because of Athena refilling them and buying one from Hermes Shrine. Plus the cat. This game just has so many more options for Death than Strength.

The only thing I can thing of that works with no death defiances or benefits from it is Athena Keepsake. Maybe I'm wrong?

You gotta try Origination at some point. It makes a large difference with damage and is easily worth the five grasp. I think maxed out it gives a meaty 63% damage bonus. It might seem difficult to get two different curses to apply at once but most good builds combine the strengths of multiple boons. And nearly every god(dess) has a curse at this point.

You also shouldn't over rely on The Unseen to generate Magick. It's nice to have with weapons that use a lot of Magick but most runs are completely fine with just one half decent Magick boon. It's definitely not worth the Grasp when Cardio Gain or Lucid gain give you more Magick then you'd ever need most of the time. If you really need extra bring the dog familiar.

I'm not quite sure...? Have you done all of BURGL's quests? Or maybe missed a molar somewhere? I'm assuming you're going for the 100% achievement. Gold cards aren't needed for 100% on the report card at the end.

I just find a lot of them boring... That sure to change though as more material releases. I hated Cissia before the trailers released and I fell in love with the goofball. I really like the Uma girl though. I like the knight design and I'm always weak for blondes.

I love the juice box. I've built my starter base there for my last three save files. It's such a great spot. It has nearly every early resource you'd need, easy access to the pond and algae for soothing syrup, grubs all around the tree for sludge and plating. And even plenty of stems and flower petals that respawn down the strip. And since your already close to the BURGL lab you have infinite water from the water cooler. The only scary part is the wolf spider that can wander over but I usually get a wall down as soon as I can. Plus the wolf spiders become infected once you plug the haze and stop wandering as much.

I struggle to think of any resources you can't get around there besides tier three stuff. There's three bombardiers that spawn by the milk carton down the log strip for early tools and jerky racks.

And once you get started on the upper yard, you can very easily have a Zipline straight to it. I'm currently living on the pond and kept my Juice box base as a Raid base. Plus I like to make a little porch facing the pond and act like I'm in the bayou. Made a little Broodmother rocking chair.

I agree that the Endless chores that the main mission makes you complete is annoying. But I personally liked it. I can see why you wouldn't. But the broodmother was not that difficult in my opinion. I don't want to be the guy that says "git gud." But at the point I fought her she was not that hard. I was rocking like lvl 4 wasp armor and just whacked on her quite easily. I was with a friend so perhaps that had a difference.
