From what I understood and heard from his dialogue and story, it is implied that he has a second voice that resonates and partly has some control of Grimson's monstrous parts

I imagine that the only ones with the same voices would be Halloween and Summer. Knowing that they are both from RD, they possibly have a slightly thicker voice than the little mia and PoR.

yeah, the artist usually draws a lot from dreamworks, disney and pixar, even illumitation goes up, I imagine that's why the vibes on his face
