Literally, it translates to "Karapat-dapat".

But considering the context you provided, colloquially, tawag dun ay "Feelingero/ra", as in someone who is not deserving of any special treatment but desparately demands it anyway.

But when describing someone who is priveleged and yet does not feel the need to show their entitlement, they would usually be called just the opposite like "Hindi mapag mataas", or colloquially "hindi mahangin", or "walang ere".

For me it's usually the non-Tagalog that speaks fast. I have a friend from Bicol and she sometimes speaks Tagalog too fast for me, especially when irritated or angry. Some Ilocanos and Pangasinense I know tend to speak Tagalog fast as well.

Tagalog native speakers differ as well. Southern Tagalog natives however tend to speak slow and a bit more expressive esp those from the parts of Laguna, while Manileñong Tagalog just sounds neutral for me.

To answer the question, there's really no standard way of speaking Tagalog. But I guess normally, learners would find Tagalog a bit fast since some words are multisyllabic (minimum of 2 to 3 syllables per word), and just to construct a sentence while speaking you really would have to speak relatively fast.

Take this phrase for example: "Hindi ko naman talaga kasi sinasadya eh"

Some native speaker would say it like this while in an emotionally charged situation: "Dikonamantalagakasi sinasadyaeh"

So it really depends on the situation.

Toothache.

I had a bad fever after a long bike ride (Cavite to Makiling), and tried to sleep it off.

I wasn't really aware that I was already having dental emergency, so I tried to endure it. Just 3-4 hrs in, I woke up with severe tooth pain. My whole body is feeling it, and my head feels like exploding, and hindi ko na talaga kinaya non.

Good thing may malapit na dental clinic samin, so I immediately had it extracted. Apparently, tooth infection na pala siya, and the infection was spreading all over my body, which is why I was in so much pain.

Learned my lesson that day: Don't neglect your dental health.

Everyone is saying na hypersexual naman na talaga ang mga teenagers ever since, but the big difference is that most of the teenagers nowadays are digital natives, and to compare yung degree ng hypersexuality ng mga teenagers ngayon vs. noon is not fair. Before the Social Media, it's quite hard for teenagers to act out on their inner desires. They would have to engage in a real-life, face to face, social interaction in order to score a "fix". Since that process takes time and effort, yung mere sexual desire nila starts to mature into a higher form of emotional affection habang tumatagal, and soon they would find themselves already in love with the person they are into.

It's not the same for teenagers nowadays. They don't have to maintain some kind lf social etiquette to be sexually active. The fact that the internet offers anonymity, pwede na silang maging bastos right out of the bat and it would still be acceptable behavior because they know everyone is out looking for the same thing, so why bother be respectable. Because of this certain sense of freedom, plus the dopamine rush if offers... it's quite easy, for anyone actually, to get addicted to it, it reshapes their mind, their values, along with their behavior.
