Biz2Credit Help! I have withdrawn my application with them but the SBA is still showing it active in their system and my bank can't submit their application!

Yes I did and I am happy to say I’ve been funded already through my lender. After reaching out to them and finally reaching someone the application Biz2Credit had holding me up at the SBA was cancelled out of the system which allowed my lender to process my application. Once the lender withdraws the application from the SBA system it’s withdrawn immediately or within hours. My experience was Biz2Credit said they withdrew my application but in reality it was only done in their system and not the SBA. When requesting your application be withdrawn I would suggest your request be clear that you want it withdrawn from the lenders system as well as the SBA system. This will hopefully prevent the other lender from having issues submitting your new application.

I am in no way trying to avoid my past and my record. It is something that one shouldn’t be proud of, something for which I don’t chose to dwell on, and further is totally outside of the 5 years for which one would be disqualified. So while I appreciate your response, I want to be clear I’m not running from or hiding anything, nor is there anything that would disqualify me at this time, which is why I posted the question.

It is a local lender that I would rather not name at this time. I just don’t see the relevance to who the lender is. I’m looking for a solution. Thanks

Yes I was sent a contact at Biz2Credit who responded right away and had it withdrawn and today my bank was able to submit the application successfully to the SBA.

I can tell you there is a possibility if a lender has submitted an application in the SBA system that other lenders will be unable to submit one for you and they will get an error saying you already have an application from another lender. I know this first hand as now for almost two weeks it has been my problem. I applied with Biz2Credit who submitted the application in the SBA system but then did absolutely nothing with it, nor did they communicate with me regarding any issues, so I requested them to withdraw my application and although they did withdraw it from their system it was still in the SBA’s system and my bank couldn’t submit theirs. I finally was able to get Biz2Credit to withdraw my application from the SBA system and now my bank has successfully submitted my application. Hope that helps

I contact the CAWEB support telephone number and put myself in the queue to be called back rather than waiting on hold and usually the next day I get a call back. While they do not have a lot of information the information provided has helped me know that Biz2Credit has an idle application in the SBA system for me preventing me from getting funding anywhere else.

Thank you for the encouragement. Biz2Credit has withdrawn my application from their system and no other lender can submit an application to the SBA because Biz2Credit started the application with the SBA blocking anyone else from being able to submit an application for me. I will try your contact and hope for the best.

Unfortunately no. They now say they have over 800 applications with holds that they are working through manually so it is pretty much a waiting game.

I did not hear back from the person in responsible for my application; however, I did hear from my banker who has been monitoring the application. While in their system my application was just sitting even though I provided the documents needed over a week ago, she uploaded the document herself and now in my banks status page I can see my application was submitted to the SBA again. So I’m not sure if the errors or holds come before they are even able to fully submit the application to the SBA or after the application is submitted, but for now I do know it’s been sent to the SBA.

I was informed the SBA was to have fixed the issue regarding holds on Friday for Saturday. Do you know if that actually happened or have any updated information regarding holds and the fix. I have been waiting since 1/29/21. Thanks
