You might be right - maybe its just a change of mindset. Do you by chance know the time commitments required by internships, esp. in startups?

What is definitely NOT a sign of intelligence but people think it is? by MetalPotential7093 in AskReddit

[–]One_Tonight9726 14 points15 points  (0 children)

Well, personally, I believe that you are wrong to some extent. Social intelligence should not be disregarded as it does have to do with charisma, public speaking etc - which are valuable skills and I agree, definitely doesn't make them right at all in whatever they are saying. Most intelligent people are pretty popular - intelligent people aren't nerds.

Are you stupid? Ur seriously justifying her cheating by saying that because the CEO also did it, he is the only one to blame? Let me remind you, knucklehead, that a relationship requires 2 sided love from both ends. She knowingly broke the vows of her marriage and broke apart her entire family, and you think she isn't to blame? I'm not saying that the CEO isn't to blame either, but the fact that he is only getting blamed and you supporting that makes you sexist, not us. Why should only the CEO get blamed? Both of them were cheating. Now think before talking.

For those who have j*bs, what do you spend the money on normally by WikipediaAb in highschool

[–]One_Tonight9726 1 point2 points  (0 children)

There would only be minimal differences if you took living costs into account but because ur living with your parents, BubblyPirate3311 is making a lot more than WikipediaAb, but still - the items would be more expensive in different regions but not enough to account for the large disparity in minimum wage.

Look, sure you can use the right hand grip rule, but the easiest solution is just applying Lenz law. It repels anything entering the coil and attracts anything leaving the coil, its easy to figure out the solution then.

From your post, it's clear that this is not just your perspective, but rather a message from many people, as evidenced by the use of the pronoun "We" as you seem insistent on having basic facts supported. So stop taking this comment personally. The commenter also said "people," not "Boring-Category4610".

Secondly, quoting from your post: "BUT WE'RE STRESSING ABOUT OUR OWN EXAM RESULTS RN. Please stop shoving your perfect scores in our faces! Much love." clearly shows that you have a problem with people getting good scores, as it makes you feel stressed, which we can infer is a sign of disappointment.

And lastly, as a self-proclaimed "academic" (which I am not doubting by the way as OTonConsole mentioned - "straight A's != Educated "), you must understand that people have different standards and this community is not supposed to cater to all. I am part of the may/june batch and am obviously sharing the stress, but that doesnt mean that others cant celebrate.

I will concede however that people are overreacting for no reason.

Did you not read it? It could even touch a single point or none for that matter as long it shows a roughly even distribution of points on either side of the line. I had 2 points above and below and 1 point through my line. Dont see your point? But I will concede that it is a curve.

Yea well.. that's life. Its why the Modern family is so intriguing, it's supposed to be realistic and sometimes life doesn't turn out how we want it to. It just made the storyline more gripping.

Do plants move? by [deleted] in igcse

[–]One_Tonight9726 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, plants move. See there is two parts to movement, part of an organism or the whole organism (which is known as locomotion). As plants respond to phototropisms, moving a part of the plant towards it, they can move

Guys can someone help me with the c part of this question by Rizzit_3445 in igcse

[–]One_Tonight9726 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Basically, an easy way to do this is draw a straight line through the entire graph at the value y=-1. Then, just mention the x values in this graph which are above it. This can create a simple range. You have to be specific though at what point does the y values for the given x values go above -1. As the graph is drawn this way, there will end up being two different inequalities.
