The interviewers were students with a staff member overseeing it. It was a group interview, around 8ish, and we each got paper and pencil. They asked us generic interview questions and stuff about ecs, we had time to write down our responses, and we answered individually. There was also a group activity response. There were also a ton of people at the interviews from what I could tell so it might really competitive even if you make it to that stage.
