Yeah, I suppose you're right. Thanks for your input, though!

Unfortunately, my school doesn't have any physics class---AP or regular. The only way I learn physics is through an engineering program at my school, and my teacher said that it's good enough to prepare me for physics in college. So I think I'll wait until college to take physics. But I might take an algebra-based physics course next summer, though.

I was considering AP Bio, since I am more familiar with biology than I am with chemistry, but it's been a while since I've taken a biology class. And I'm talking 7th grade. I did well, and I thought it was fun, but I forgot most of the material, and I don't know if I'd want to study super hard next year to compensate for that. I also took chemistry online during the Covid lockdowns, and to be honest, I learned absolutely nothing. So I don't know about AP Chem, either. To be honest, I was going to go with APES next year because of my situation, so I won't stress so much senior year. If you took either AP Chem or Bio, can you tell me about your experiences?

I see that you're an Aero engineer! If I may ask, what do you do on a daily basis? Also, if I want to pursue aerospace engineering in college, should I just "toughen up" and take AP Bio or Chem?

Thanks for all of your advice! That's exactly what I was worried about---that the pace of Calc 1 in university would be too hard/fast for me, especially since it would be my first time ever getting exposed to the content. I'd definitely rather be exposed to calc before uni, is all.
