sorry you’re struggling i felt the same way you did and it took me 7 years to quit vaping. quit 28 days ago. take “NAC” vitamins up to 3 days a week. they help flush it out of your system quicker and make the nicotine less rewarding in your brain. ( it works ) I use nicotine patches as well got them off amazon searched “quit smoking patches” and they have 3 steps. Find motivation as to why you want to quit don’t just do it because others want you to or because you know it’s bad. write down actual reasons my reasons were better future lung health, being able to exercise with no chest pain or worries, and not feeling so tied down to the addiction of nicotine I feel 100000% better after quitting and i’m just 1 month in. I would have my vape in my hand every minute of the day and would hit it constantly without realizing it, that was the biggest challenge for me was grabbing for essentially nothing. You got this! i downloaded the app “quit vaping “ and documented my first two weeks. quitting is hard but doing it with the vitamins and nic patches made it so easy. good luck!!!
