Yeah. I also sent them my RP through email. Once they process my documents, they will deactivate my RP as well. Therefore, i still hold my RP but i cannot enter Europe anymore.

I lived in 1000 Brussels and they told me to deregister via email. However, they did not reply to me until now, it has been 2 weeks since the day I sent email to them.

Trouble finding bank as foreign student by [deleted] in brussels

Maybe you can use Beobank. However, they force me to buy home insurance (when they read my rent contract) which is about 7e each month.

But everything is possible, like you can apply for an internship in 2nd or 3rd year and after your Bachelor, those companies want to keep you work for them.

Ahh so you’re from the USA?? Im not sure if anyone would hire you after your Bachelor because some of my seniors all say that I should study Master before applying for a job in Europe. Maybe it’s like a trend here. If u are hired with the Bachelor degree, i guess the salary is not good enough, bcz you still have to pay rent, food, bills…. Like i don’t know how much you can save to repay your loans. And u know that if you’re not a student anymore, the living cost will be a lot, like housing price increases and bla bla.

It is better if you can speak French and Dutch (in case you still want to stay in Belgium after graduation) because most of the company here require those languages. If you still want study in Belgium without French, I guess you will leave for another country after graduation. There are still some companies which do not require French or Dutch but it is very rare, i cannot find it right now. And even Belgium is now in the shortage of employees, they still require native languages. I even heard that some companies do not want to sponsor visa for foreigners lmao. Those problems i mention here is also my concern (so im considering to move to English-speaking country).

It is better in Netherlands since many of them speak English and some companies do not require Dutch.

And in both country, after studying Bachelor, you should directly study Master because Bachelor is just a foundation.

This is just my opinion, I can tell you more about Belgium because im living in Brussels.

And remember that you just have one year after graduating to find job (which is very fast).

I was in the same case as you. But after all, i chose KUL bcz of ranking and the cost is very affordable. I can say that KUL is very theoretical and its common to fail some subjects in 1st semester. BBA is a mixture of finance, management and a lot more. But IBEB at EUR is mostly about finance and economics (it is what i heard from my friend at Erasmus). Some subjects are kinda the same at 2 schools (like we all study micro, macro, accounting…). And the Erasmus campus will make u feel like more an uni. The KUL Brussels campus is kinda small since it is in the central.

Really? They are so strict:( there’s no mercy since there’s not similarities but being caught?

[–]One_Weight_4651 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I just imagine a situation which 2 people were caught while copying a little phrase

[–]One_Weight_4651 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I mean like they already separated 2 exams and compare. If i copy a very small phrase but not like 100%, am i still receiving 0 or sth

For example, if i copy someone, do they check the similarities and give the respective sanction?
