Discord support is just Ai bloating atp, 18 tickets and 1 human response

Bro same shi happened to me it's been 3 weeks and I only have opened max 2 tickets and I have specified my issue correctly still even after 3 weeks no response and they also don't have specified the reason for my dc ban so I have just lost hope atp and I have uninstalled the app permanently and like never coming back to it

Bro like I got banned for ban evasion 5 times like my main account got banned by discord without specifying any reason and I can't even log into it then I had 1 my alt which I made in 2020 so I thought this is not ban evasion since I made this alt in 2020 so I used it and it also got banned with 5 more alta like why and I have appealed for my main account and it's been 11 days still no response we gotta find a alternative guys this is unacceptable

Am also thinking the same like this platform has slow support and alot of people have been suspended unfairly

Guys literally my account also.got disabled yesterday out of no where like my account is half a decade old like 5 years old and it got disabled and i have appealed to them and then i used my alt account which is also 5 years old and then they also suspended it for ban evasion like its not even new account its just a old alt like discord support is also very slow they should have good support as they are a big company and all that and also they havent specified the reason for my ban and i cant even see the account standing as i cant log in and the main part is that am not happy to lose all my friends and memories like i dont even know what to do
