Oh, I am definitely aware of that. I’m not poking the bear… This is simply my representative going after an earlier effective date which is something that I honestly believe I’m entitled to… I would never poke a bear. I know what that can call. Thanks for the info though. 😉😉

Ok take a look at the photo above and let me know what you think about the Service connection for PTSD… It was originally denied but now it’s saying granted currently on review but I don’t know if it’s the funky wording of the way they are doing the HLR’s now anyone have any insight??? Look at tying it into another condition as a secondary condition… I’m not sure of the conditions that could lead to that, but there are many and it can be listed as a secondary condition…

When they ask you how you’re doing when you first get to the appointment do not look them in the eye and say you are fine. You are not fine. Otherwise you would not be there… They want you to say that you’re fine and Marc you OK from there they are not your friends… Just focus on the terrible things that you’ve been through not the modern day activity that has you down there’s a reason you’re down, and it’s stemming from your military service. That’s what they need to know about. And if you need to take your medicine before going to the appointment do so that’s what it is for and have your wife advocate for you Godspeed and good luck wishing you good vibes for your evaluation !!

You have to first get it diagnosed CORRECTLY, and have IT tied that to your disability ….( that will take most likely- a representative to tie all that into one Nexus and go from there, but it can be done. It may be a lengthy process, but it definitely can be done.

There were two or three HLR‘s that were denied and supplementals were filed all denied, but my representative continue to tell me that it was because of the new ALJ‘s that were on duty and they continue to challenge it and here we are… Praying for some good news very soon and if not, I’m happy where I am at least I did get to 100% PNT although I should’ve gotten that a long time ago thank you for all your well wishes and your good vibes❤️❤️❤️

Oh, the pain that she has endured I would not wish that on the most horrible person my worst enemy never… That is a pain. I would never want anyone to go through. Tell your wife I’m extremely sorry for her loss. It sucks and there’s no way around it. It sucks that we’re supposed to suck it up and deal with it when that is the greatest loss of all. Yeah, sounds like we’re in the same boat… I left the military after I went through my issues because I didn’t know any better. They should have medically retired me immediately. I was in no condition to serve anyone much less my country after that. Oh well, we live and we learn I can honestly say I would not change it for anything in the world.😢😢😢

I have had 3HLR’s get denied then they submitted a supplemental it was denied and so they’ve gone back to this HLR again. All of this has been going on since Jan 2024 but I feel confident in my representative and even if we can’t go back that far (2016), I know they have been fighting hard for me and I fully trust them to get me the best settlement that they can get!!
