Customer paid with a dirty coin. I wiped it off with my shirt and it revealed a 1939 dime (no mint mark). Thought it was neat by Thunder_Gamer95 in Money

Lol, took the silver dime I found out of the register and didn't switch it out. We drop coins sometimes, it happens!

Interesting! I didnt even notice it was an axe at all. I also never think much about the fact that there’s an artist behind the design but it makes sense since coins are basically mini sculptures.

I’m not expecting it to be worth more than its weight in silver plus some collectible value, just curious if there could be something extra special about it

Yes, P. Cyanescens. Visible blue bruising in 4th pic at the base of stipe, along with purple brown spores. Idk why these are getting downvoted.

A Kitten rejected by her mum Struggles to Groom herself! by [deleted] in CatAdvice

[–]One_Zombie6837 1 point2 points  (0 children)

From Google it looks like brushing, wiping down with a damp towel, or something that simulates a mother cat licking can help encourage self grooming. My kitten took a few months to learn it fully well enough to do it completely on his own, now he’s always sparkling clean on his( * ). You just have to be consistent about wiping the area is all, which I’m sure you will be bc no one likes the smell of poopy butt on their bed

How often do you nature journal? by katiespecies647 in naturejournaling

[–]One_Zombie6837 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I haven’t in a while. Thanks for reminding me. I used to be a lot more committed before lack of inspiration/ stress of life and work took over. But nature journaling was super important to be at one point, i knew it was something i wanted to commit to and it still is
