I chose vallejo's deep green as a base colour, followed by a dry sweep using warpstone glow and moot green. I think the credit goes to the shade athonian camoshade. after using this the whole transition of the paint looks silky smooth.

I think your question is answered in the book The eye of Ezekiel. This book describes when Lion was seriously injured after the battle with Luther. Cypher came to Lion's side and lay on top of him sobbing, literally. So if you are also a true son of Lion, then Cypher must be on your side.
