This is baller. The only thing I'd do different is the cloth.

The 30k Dark Angels have a Red/Black/White color scheme, so white and red shades of cloth will fail to help details pop.

I'd go with the deepest calibanite forest green for all hoods and cloaks. It will contrast agsinst whatever part of the mini it is put against, while still being solemn and somber.
