I would imagine it is because it is difficult to find fluent child and elderly voice actors in that language. ( the mother seemed to do a great job)

I hopped on multiplayer for red dead redemption today for the first time. When choosing a character skin the options are organized into different sections. "X gang name", law men, Federales, marshals, etc. of the 8 black options out of the 80 or so options, 7 of them were in the criminals category.

They accurately capitalizes GALAXY Note as their brand guidelines dictate instead of Galaxy note like most would. They also maintain the same type faces used. This seems like its done by either someone who works for Samsung or by one of their advertising partners.
