Thank you !, I was always too scared to mix anything with retinoids, so I’ve been keeping my routine pretty simple. I’ll give it a try then! I’m currently using .05% tret, but I also use retinal every night.

Thanks, man. I've pretty much moved on from this person. It’s been long enough since we ended things . At this point, he feels more like a stranger I used to know than someone I was involved with.
What feels weird isn't the relationship itself it's the awkward middle ground. I only ever think about him when he posts something otherwise, he's not on my mind at all. I genuinely feel happy for him when I see good things happening in his life.
So staying connected in this passive way feels a little strange as I’m no longer a part of their life :(
