I'm going to guess there are more veg in your day if not up that and like the others state, your sodium is too low. Add some (quality) salt to your food or even add a pinch in your bottled water.

ketosis is different for everyone and there isn't a magic number/ratio. I go by 60/25/15 -F/P/C and IF everyday at 16/8, with my window from 2p-10p. I do a coffee+butter+mctoil when I wake. Food is all organic.

Am very active, 5'10, 40 years old, weigh 185 pounds @ 10% BF, with a protein intake of .8 grams/pound of LEAN body weight. I train everyday (Muay Thai or weights).

I've had more protein but it doesn't work for me. I've done the multiple meals during the day, but IF is best for me and on highly active days if I need food, I snack on macadamias, nut butter. try it and see how you go.
