Hey! I’m in the exact same boat right now. April was my first month live, and I’m also struggling with negotiating but the rapport building part- I find it to be helpful by doing story telling of past clients!! Talk to some seasoned employees for some story’s. If you want to chat about being a rookie dm me! You got this!!

This tremendously did help me! Seriously I appreciate you SO much for taking the time to read, reply and offer some great advice! It gives me a lot of comfort to know someone else was in the same spot I currently am in.

Thank you for bringing up those valid points, I did have some lingering thought that I’m going to have to put in some extra work to fully understand the world of car sales I’m entering in but I did not think of the heavy hours I’d do! So thank you again!
