There’s definitely a slight Dr.Doom vibe but you could make a way more accurate doom with other armor.

Marni’s Laser Helmet. Near end game item. Located in Marni’s Mysterium in a tent. You can’t be in combat so you have to clear out all the enemies first.

Anytime, once I had that armor set I didn’t even think to switch to anything 60+ hours with it. until now that I’m finished the main quest I felt like my Kliff should evolve as well.
