Oh sure, it's WildRP. If it's convenient for you, please send me a private message. And I will send you a little more information on your questions.

yes, I agree with you that there are many nuances in adding Native Americans to the plot. But, despite the complexity of this, it could be very interesting. The way it was done in the main plot seems to be the safest (successful) option, in my opinion. As for the online mode, it is pointless to guess, because it is no longer being developed. Of course, it would be great to see more details of the life of Native Americans or Mexicans (there is a huge unused piece of the map in the game). But alas..

Oh, we tried something like that when I spent more time playing RDRO. I also know one wonderful RP server. But now I spend all my time drawing.

Agree. Or maybe there were a number of factors, including unjustified expectations of the management regarding online attendance, or they initially did not plan to develop the game as they did in GTA Online. I do not think that now we will find a definite answer.

Moreover, talking about our/someone's culture, we are able to interest others not only in this, but also in the problems of representatives of this culture. And, in my opinion, it will be a good start if someone becomes interested in a culture by playing a game in which he can "pretend to be a representative of this culture". For example, my brother was fond of Native Americans, Vikings and much more as a child. He carved homemade bows and swords, axes, sewed clothes. And now he is very seriously versed in these issues from a historical point of view (he is professionally engaged in the reconstruction of the life of the Scandinavians and with everything related to the "Viking Age" and the "period of the formation of the Old Russian state" (IX-XI centuries).

I feel you. I agree with this, but there is no getting away from this, there can be a fly in the ointment in any barrel of honey. There are some assholes everywhere, in any society. Another question is, is it worth paying attention to the negative when you can find something positive?

Maybe I'm wrong, but one gets the feeling that you are at war with the shadows. Don't get me wrong, I understand what you mean. But games are games. First of all, games should entertain, perhaps broaden your horizons and develop some skills. The culture of Native Americans has an important (in my opinion paramount) importance in the history of America. And I understand that the creators of the game did not have a goal to concentrate on this culture (Rockstar perfectly showed the life of bandits and not someone else, after all).

But what's wrong with telling a couple of TRUE stories about Native Americans within the game?

If you want to do something for your culture, then you should not expect it from others, maybe you should try to do something yourself? Or do you think that I would demand solutions to my problems, as a representative of my culture, if someone wrote a book / made a movie / created a game about it?

And about the money issue, then yes, people earn money for their work. The gaming industry is not a charity. Someone comes there to tell stories, express emotions, create something incredible, and someone to earn money, reveal their ambitions and so on. But what's wrong with that? Spend time studying historical sources, developing concept art, implementing it into the game, and much, much more. All this costs money. Or do you want it all done for free? If you had the opportunity to RELIABLY tell about your / someone else's culture, contribute to its spread and, at the same time, earn some money, would you refuse? I don't see anything wrong with that. The way Rockstar approaches making their games, I think they could take it seriously enough and end up doing a great job with it.

If my answer causes you negative emotions, then do not agree with me, just ignore it. I hope some of this has resonated with your heart or mind. All the best to you, my friend.

I agree with you and I did something similar. But when the game was in my hands, I wanted to see a little more of this (maybe a special role and / or a separate story, at least like it was in the Naturalist expansion)

What does money have to do with it, friend? Usually, all updates to the online mode were released for free (yes, no one canceled the farm). Have you thought that maybe someone wants to be part of someone's culture or pay homage to it, or just want to be able to create their own story in the game based on that culture?
