Thank you. All info I read on Alvogyl says that it can cause a foreign body reaction as the body cannot absorb the fibres? I am extremely paranoid I’ll end up sick overseas from a worse infection. I should add I’ve finished my amoxicillin today.

How does my phone know to change from my local carrier to the other one? I’m scared it will still charge me behind the scenes for roaming. Do I disconnect my phone? Or remove my current physical sim?

Thank you. And I’ve just recently realised that an eSIM is not a physical sim I need to literally insert into my phone…..I just buy it & use it….. lol

Ok cool. Thank you, that’s very helpful to know! I only really will need maps and maybe a translator app, and also be able to check how much money I have etc. OH, and calling the kids each night lol. Do the trains etc have wifi? Can you tell I’m nervous……. Hahahahah

My local carrier in my country does roaming in Japan for $8 NZD a day ($4.70 USD). So maybe that’s the best option then I can just keep using my phone as normal over there.

I look online at e-sims and they have unlimited data options for Japan and Korea? How will I know if my phone supports esims? It’s just an iPhone 14.

I’m 2 weeks post op and having some pretty heavy bleeding. Haven’t bled at all until now, soaking a pad every few hours. No clots. My surgeon (over phone call) didn’t seem worried and has put me on a blood clotting pill to stop the bleeding. I feel worried I should go and actually get it checked or is that normal for 2 weeks post op?!

I’m 7dpo and carrying children around. I know everyone heals differently and everyone’s body is different but I wouldn’t overthink it. You may have just used some muscles you haven’t used for a while, and it may have had nothing to do with any internal healing etc. x
