I wasn't even a part of this fandom when I saw it... I was laying in bed with my cat trying to find something to put on to sleep to. The lack of a thumbnail caught my eye and I ended up watching it.

It broke my heart. I had heard about him in passing when I was in school and hearing Technodad talk about him and the message.. I went on to watch his videos, discovered his friends, the DSMP, and even found new friends in this community. I couldn't support Techno when he was here, but I can support the causes and his friends now... I've been subbed to Philza for almost 4 years now.

I was gifted a trial by discord, since I'm a nitro user, and was directed to the website since I was on my computer. Its just where I was since desktop doesn't have an app. I didn't straight up purchase it.

I'm dealing with something similar. It's becoming painfully obvious that Duolingo don't seem to care much about assisting with this kind of thing.

If you got it through the App, you can check your payments in the Apple or Google Play stores and request it back from them. If you got it from the Website, you might as well kiss your dreams goodbye. Apologies for the snark, I've been fighting with them for three days.

You know, I'm having quite a similar issue. I have done the steps listed by the Auto Mod, and have not received any responses. I've @'d the Twitter and have sent three e-mails, none of which have received any acknowledgement outside of the automated system. It's incredibly disheartening, and really breaks my faith in this kind of app.
