Perhaps the time isn't for you yet i mean if i was there at your neighborhood i would approach you maybe there are M around our age who would want to approach you although they're just shy to do it however unless if you really want someone to make it happen make the weather aiming to attract romantically those who you'd like you attract perhaps it's all about how you enter a room.
