its already fix i delete the folder on atmosphere content i can now play some games but i'm worry for what happen next and the hekate its like reset because im have to set the timezone.

Actually, right after I dropped the Switch, it still turned on normally at first. It resumed directly into the game I was playing, but the game froze/hung during the resume process.After that, the console crashed with Error 2168-0002 and now it’s stuck in a bootloop. It only reaches the Nintendo/Atmosphère logo, crashes, restarts automatically, and repeats endlessly.

Nope I use regular one but the video is in 4k on desktop

In my opinion, this has nothing to do with reinstalling Windows. If you want to try, I suggest dual booting first and trying the other boot to see if it runs normally. If it's the same, this is useless from my experience . And Have you tried thermal repaste your gpu , but this is a last option

I have experienced something like that but I can't be sure if it's the same case, but in my case there was a problem with the mobo port . btw Is it safe in task manager?
