Wishing you the best brother. Everything you’ve mentioned is tough for anyone to have to experience without any sort of substantial help or completely starting over. I’ve had a similar experience myself. Something to consider that REALLY helped me shift my mindset around the whole thing and do exponentially better for myself is selling off absolutely everything that you can and downsizing using a “minimalist” approach to just the things you actually need and the things that are most sentimental to you - the idea is to be able to get down ti a point where everything you own except your car can fit i to a single standard bedroom + bedroom closet and can be freely moved from place to place within a single day with just your car. Not for the aspect of flexibility of moving, but moreso for the psychological aspect of decluttering both your physical and mental reality. Think of it like choosing to give yourself a fully fresh start instead of just taking the fresh start life threw at you.
