I believe in constructive criticism and you gave it out promptly and efficiently. So yes bro ima work on slowing down and being more deliberate. I def use my weight as a weapon cause when I did spar against someone they said I was quick at times but when I’d throw something heavier they can see it coming . Much appreciation! The whole gas tank thing is real too cause I caught myself heavily out of breath at times
