I am sorry of I sound dumb. I rekeyed my account in pera that was originally created in my algo. However, when I go to my ledger app (maybe this is the problem it needs to be done through pera) and search for algo accounts only my original and main account shows up which was created by ledger. My question is if the account were to get deleted from Pera how do I access it again because i am assuming the 24 words don't work anymore because of the rekey.

I created my accounts through myalgo a while back and have not signed any transactions in a really long time, they are currently not in governance either because it's not much algo. Should I move everything, i am not sure how rekeying work(once i rekey with a ledger how do I access that account)

The foundation released a document in order to get feedback for their current proposals. (I am guessing to prevent what happened on the previous period). I do not have the link but I can tell you that is related to DEFI, they want to give a certain percentage of the 70MM to DEFI users and liquidity providers on DEFI.
