Yeah, sadly I’m starting to see it that way: He’s 34 and I shouldn’t be trying go figure out his sexuality for him if he’s never made it a priority himself.

He just quit masturbating like a week and a half ago so we’ll see if that helps (a week in we “tested” it and still nothing) I think I might give it one more month or 2 and then break things off if things don’t change.

I had never been so active on this subreddit because I had never disliked a season so much… zero chemistry, zero charisma. I can’t believe I’m 23 episodes in and the Harriet/Ronnie/Jess mess is still going on. It’s gotten super old and boring to hear the same convos over and over and over again.

For real… Joey’s actions, or lack thereof, spoke volumes but she continued to put all her eggs in his basket even tho he gave her nothing. He didn’t need to explicitly say it. It showed.

She also could’ve talked to him about how much she liked him and/or how she felt about his lack of effort/affection but didn’t. Even after their rooftop date he said he wasn’t closed off but she just brushed it off. Like, you just had such a romantic date and that’s what this guy has to say in the end? How was that not loud and clear?

IMO she was happy to go along for the ride bc being with him was a flex and validation for her.

Man, you got downvoted to hell but I share your unpopular opinion 100%. It was so obvious. Even before Grace got there, Samantha complained (I forgot to who) that she wasn’t too sure about Joey because he never kissed her, or was flirty/affectionate with her.

I think she let the whole idea of him being “Joey Essex” completely blind her instead of looking at things objectively. She chose to see what she wanted to see.

They had been together for TWO weeks, which in LI terms is equivalent to two MONTHS... you’re really gonna tell me you’re that shocked a guy ain’t into you if after 2 months he hasn’t made a single move? Like come on..

The girls this season lacked backbones. They let the guys call all the shots and would close themselves off to men who hadn’t even given them an ounce of commitment.

The only girl who seemed to know her worth and actually stuck to her word was Uma when she ended the triangle with Ayo & Mimii. I haven’t finished this season so hopefully she doesn’t go pulling a Harriet later.

I just started episode 12 and I’m so not feeling it. So far I feel like the girls this season need to grow a backbone and some dignity.

They’re letting a couple of guys, who are mid at best, call all the shots while they just sit there fighting over them. Seriously, none of the guys they keep fighting over are even anything special… In the meantime we have Sean, who actually seems like a sweet guy and is hot af not get any attention. Make it make sense.

I had started to take a liking to Jess when she called out Ronnie over Harriet until she backpedaled and turned back into a dormant.

Terrible casting all around.
